The service department staff are very knowledgeable and able to translate all that car talk into information that I understood. They took their time with me to ensure I felt comfortable with everything r able to translate all that car talk into information that I understood. Needs to wait to chrcknin vehicle that I had an appointment for , while staff chatted behind the counter about their schedules.there was poor communication as to the service for the vehicle and why appointment for , while staff chatted behind the counter about their schedules.there was poor communication as to the service for the vehicle and why the delay. Service manager did apologize. Disappointed that the dealer was , not familiar with the vehicle and appeared to make no effort to find out more about it. Cost of repair was high and was disappointing with the office staff and their lack of courtesy. One example is when I asked for a copy of my receipt they acted like I was stupid and then they realized they never gave me the receipt yet no apology. I don’t plan on returning unless absolutely necessary. More
