Excellent and friendly service and customer care I bought my 2015 Subaru Legacy from Lucas and they have helped me with any issue no matter how minor since I got the car. Today, I had a dead battery I bought my 2015 Subaru Legacy from Lucas and they have helped me with any issue no matter how minor since I got the car. Today, I had a dead battery and was not sure how to get into the car since I have keyless entry. The manager Grey Fahy walked me through the process step by step until I successfully got into and jumped my car. This dealership goes above and beyond for their customers. More

Best Subaru Dealer I have been to. I'm now on my 6th Subaru so I have had my share of dealings with dealers. About 2 years ago my father needed a new car and I recommended a Subaru, so I'm now on my 6th Subaru so I have had my share of dealings with dealers. About 2 years ago my father needed a new car and I recommended a Subaru, so we started looking for one. I went to the dealer where I had gotten the Subaru I was driving at the time (this dealer was not Richard Lucas) and was disappointed to find that they were not willing to accept a more then fair offer for an XV Crosstrek, (I had done my research and knew the number I was giving them was far from low balling, it was actually a reasonable number) they actually made me feel like I was crazy by even suggesting such price, so I left. I searched the web on my smartphone and found Richard Lucas Subaru. That same day I took my father there and was amazed at how accommodating the Richard Lucas Staff were. From the get go they made us feel at ease and during the negotiation process they listened and did not make me feel like the price I wanted to pay for the car was preposterous, They actually accepted my offer at first suggestion (which left me amazed after the experience I had had at the Subaru dealer in Jersey City NJ about an hour earlier). We closed the deal on the spot and my father was very happy with the car. Fast Forward two years later, my lease is up and I need to get a new car... Obviously I went to Richard Lucas and once again Ryan, Greg and Mike delivered. We negotiated a painless deal and I had my new car that same day. They took care of me like they had taken care of my father and I was really happy to see they had kept their outstanding customer care. A few days ago my uncle drove 30 miles (one way) to go to Richard Lucas at my recommendation and once again they delivered good customer service and my uncle got a Legacy Sport. He is very happy with the deal he got, the car, and the staff at the dealership. In the end I can say that Richard Lucas has proven to be the best dealer I have dealt with and feel the most comfortable with, so much so that if any other family member or friend decides to get a Subaru... you guessed it.... I will send them to Ryan, Greg, and Mike at Richard Lucas Subaru because I'm confident that they will take care of anyone I send there. I also know that when service of the cars comes up Jason (the service dept. manager) goes out of his way to accommodate to any needs we will have and will not try to take advantage of us. In my opinion the team at this dealership are 5 stars quality I am very happy with them. More

Best car buying experience Contacted them in April for info, Said I would not be ready until July. They did not bother me, I met with Ryan Eavey and Greg Fahy last Saturday and discussed the options that I wanted in the car. They didn't have one at the dealership but found one at another dealer. They said it would take several days for them to get the car. They called today -Saturday- and said the car was ready. Met with Ryan and then Michael Brack who went over the financing options. When I mentioned that my bank said I qualified for a special rate he contacted them and he the prepared the paperwork getting me a lower interest rate. Ryan then went over all of the features, electronics and controls in the car. Between last Saturday and today we spent 6 1/2 hours at the no pressure dealership and were treated as family. More

Best Subaru Dealership in the Area I had been looking to lease a WRX and was shopping around the dealerships in my area. I went to Victory Subaru and the people there were pretty pushy I had been looking to lease a WRX and was shopping around the dealerships in my area. I went to Victory Subaru and the people there were pretty pushy and weren't really looking to negotiate a fair price. The people at Richard Lucas Subaru seemed a lot more laid back and open to negotiation. They xx'd far less than any dealership I've been at. Extremely professional and great purchasing experience. Even at the end when they were going over possible coverage plans for wheels, dents, etc. there was no pressure at all to go with any of them like I had experienced at a Volkswagen dealership for a previous lease. They just laid out the facts and were up front and genuine the entire time. Overall hands down best experience at any dealership ever for me! More

He knew our expectations and we were able to close the deal relatively painless. My 21 year old son is now driving a 2016 5 door Subaru Impreza and he (and me) couldn't be happier. The all wheel drive will certainly come in handy in the snowy banks in Bloomsburg, PA where he goes to school. More

Unethical Business Practice I emailed Lucas Subaru on 3/12/16 regarding a car I saw online; Alex E, the sales rep, told me he would put the car out front for me for an evening ar I emailed Lucas Subaru on 3/12/16 regarding a car I saw online; Alex E, the sales rep, told me he would put the car out front for me for an evening arrival. I understand inventory is low, but I was very disappointed when I arrived to find out the car was sold. The dealership could have let me know (I don't presently have a car so I had to take a cab to the dealer). I then proceeded to test drive three other vehicles with Saul, which was a pleasant experience. I selected a different vehicle to purchase and I began the financing process at the dealer which was very SLOW. Upon receiving some financing terms, Saul informed the manager would like to shop around for better terms on Monday morning (we were there late on a Saturday). We put a deposit down of $500. The next day, on Sunday, we shopped around for financing and insurance on our own and changed our mind. We immediately emailed the dealership so that the car would go back into inventory on Monday AM. On Monday, the dealer cashed our deposit even though we had informed we would not like to purchase the vehicle. On Tuesday, I was emailed saying to visit the dealer for the refund; I replied that we don't have a car and to please mail the check. Two days later I was informed the process could take 10 business days and the check request was submitted on 3/15/16. 12 business days later, I have yet to get my deposit back. I called the dealership this morning (3/31/16) and was told the manager is busy and he will call me back. I just called six hours later and again was told the manager is busy. It appears they are avoiding me... This dealer, based on my experience, is not running an ethical business practice. I would avoid at all costs. More

Offered good prices for the new car and for my trade-in. When the car came in everything was corrected before I arrived for pick up. Was given a great deal on an extended warranty. All sales reps I worked with were friendly and personable. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of. It was a great buying experience. Highly recommended for folks looking to purchase a Subaru. More
