Attempted to purchase a used vehicle that I found online. Vehicle was in stock on the lot. After waiting in the showroom for over 5 minutes, a salesperson walked by. I asked for assistance on the vehicle. He Vehicle was in stock on the lot. After waiting in the showroom for over 5 minutes, a salesperson walked by. I asked for assistance on the vehicle. He directed me to his desk where he checked on it. Was told it was sold to another one of their 350 dealerships. Asked if it would be available at the other dealership and was told no. He made no effort to check or look for anything else. Didn't even offer a business card. That vehicle is still listed on the website three days later. I purchased a vehicle today at another dealership in Romeo today and received excellent service. More

Dealership added and charged for equipment on vehicle that I ordered and did not want and was not on the vehicle when I got it home. Nitrogen was one of the items. They charged me $150. for it and didn’t that I ordered and did not want and was not on the vehicle when I got it home. Nitrogen was one of the items. They charged me $150. for it and didn’t even follow protocol and install green valve caps. They refused to refund my money. These people have no ethics. Big scam. More

If I could give a zero I would. Do not deal with Greg Klave or Guido Amatangelo. I lost $2000 in the deal and got stuck with a car I specified I did not want. No help whatsoever and Do not deal with Greg Klave or Guido Amatangelo. I lost $2000 in the deal and got stuck with a car I specified I did not want. No help whatsoever and told to fix it on my own. Very manipulative, I recommend you deal with any other ford dealer so you are safe. These guys are no better than the stereotypical slimy used car salesmen. More

Bought a 2018 Ford Edge that came with 12 month gold star warranty, 2 weeks ago. It took two weeks to get the title .Drove it 2 days in a row and it showed an engine light. Upon taking it in before thanksgi warranty, 2 weeks ago. It took two weeks to get the title .Drove it 2 days in a row and it showed an engine light. Upon taking it in before thanksgiving, I was told there are NO LOANERS. This also becomes my problem. Why? You should do whatever it takes to make this right with the least amount of inconvenience to me, the paying customer, as possible. Is it because I paid cash and now there is no incentive to please me because you have the money? I haven’t been called yet either to tell me what the situation is. More
