I bought a 2017 ford escape the thing is trash, it pulls dangerously to the right when accelerating, have brought it in to the shop and they lied to me. Greg my sales guy this time around, drove my daughter and I to the shakopee location so I could test drive the car I was interested in buying. My test drive was bringing it back to apple valley ford. There was no pressure at all in buying this vehicle after the long test drive. After my decision was made every person/ford employee I spoke with through the process had great customer service and made this process even easier. Heck, when I was getting ready to leave in my new car my previous sales guy Don Dahler came out to the car and showed me some of the vehicle features and helped me sync my phone with the car. I would highly recommend Greg and/or apple valley ford to anyone. Not to mention free pop and popcorn:) More

Out with the old SHO, in with the new. It was time to move on from my 1992 Taurus SHO. I've had it since it was one year old, so it was quite a traumatic move. You get attached to things you're that familiar with and it was still going strong. Fortunately, I picked Apple Valley Ford to upgrade. I chose them because they had the best deal in town on - a brand new SHO of course! At the time, I had no idea their salesmen did not work on commission but were rewarded by customer review. So I lucked out. My salesman, Greg Kuhlman, was helpful and zero pressure from the start. He just assisted me with the vehicle I wanted and made my choice very easy. I enjoyed his sense of humor too. There were others there that also helped me - like the gentleman that did all the financial work. Sorry - forgot to write down your name and I can't find your card. Say thanks to him for me Greg! Will miss the old SHO, but the new one is brilliant. Overall, a great experience. More
