I will NOT be back to this dealership for service. My experience there on 8-19-11 confirmed that it is not a place with which I want to do business. My van was not starting properly and I suspected a b experience there on 8-19-11 confirmed that it is not a place with which I want to do business. My van was not starting properly and I suspected a battery problem. I made an appointment and then dropped it off at 7am. About an hour later, due to a power outage at work, my plans for the day unexpectedly changed so I called the service department and talked to Gary to give them a different phone number where I could be reached. He said he would make a note of it and let Steve know. About 11am I still had not heard from them so I called back to explain again that I was available to pick up my van as soon as it was finished. With an annoyed tone to his voice, Gary again said he would relay the message. By 2:45 I had still not heard from them and called back. Amazingly enough, my vehicle was currently with the technician who determined it needed a battery. Why after almost 8 hours was my vehicle not ready to go after such a simple repair, not to mention, why was I not called sooner???? I found out 3 hours later when I returned home that Steve called my home number and left a message about 12:30. Of course, I was not there because that is NOT the contact number I left with Gary when I called the first time nor was it the number I originally left with the service order! Also, when I went to pay for the service, the cashier acted as if it was a big imposition for her to get out of her chair and process my payment. I felt like no one at this dealership cared about doing a quality job and pleasing their customers. If I can't count on them doing such a simple repair with quality in a timely manner why would I trust them to do anything else? I won't be back. More

Greg was very congenial and easy to communicate with in discussing my concerns about my car. His staff was very efficient and dealt with all of my requests for service in a quite reasonable time and at a discussing my concerns about my car. His staff was very efficient and dealt with all of my requests for service in a quite reasonable time and at a quite reasonable price. All of their explanations were clear and thorough. More
