Dee Dhanraj, the Service Advisor, and the technician(s) who worked on my Subaru Forester did an outstanding job of testing and resolving the battery issue. I find him to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Also, the technicians who work on my Subaru consistently "do the job correctly the first time". Nice folks, they try, but I would expect better service on a brand new car.
