Requiring me to write something I did not voluntarily offer to write is annoying, offensive, and makes me feel that this only detracts from my experience with this dealership and makes me want to rethink my future interest in doing business with you . Voluntary feedback is acceptable. Forcing someone to write a statement is OFFENSIVE, SELF SERVING AND JUST WRONG. Greg did a fantastic job but this survey totally detracts from the experience. More

Transparent pricing! I really liked working with Greg and Anya in that they were honest with the price before I came into the dealership. While they would only budge $79 I really liked working with Greg and Anya in that they were honest with the price before I came into the dealership. While they would only budge $79 on the price, I'm glad I was able to get my car through them. I felt the time to wait to see the Finance people was too long (it took 30-40 mins before I was able to see the Finance person). However, after I met the finance manager, the paper work took < 15 mins. Greg delivered the car in a timely fashion the next day with the car in perfect condition. He took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. I'll definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Even though I live 50 miles away, I already made an appointment to see this dealership for service. More

Carl Buyer: Ourisman Hyundai Ioniq As most of the Ourisman associates that I had contact with me know, I live over an hour away from their dealership. My home is approximately 15 minute As most of the Ourisman associates that I had contact with me know, I live over an hour away from their dealership. My home is approximately 15 minutes from another Hyundai dealership, and interesting to note, a very good friend who sold me the car I have been driving for 10 years (260K miles), works at this local dealership. I think this is a positive statement of Greg Pearce, and his liason with his Ourisman colleagues, to finalize the sale of the Ioniq to me. Greg was a pleasure to work with throughout this process. I am not a frequent new car buyer, 3 new purchases in my 47 year driving career, and Greg stands out as the best (my favorite) car salesman that I have experienced (I am serious, even with a good friend selling me car 10 years ago, and talking to me about this purchase).
