I recently purchased a car from Honda of Hackettstown and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly. All my negotiations and questions were done I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly. All my negotiations and questions were done via phone/ text with Greg Sanger. This was a great idea to save time at the dealer. Greg listened to my needs and budget. He was very patience and willing to work things out and answered all my questions. He provided me with a variety of cars with different options. The buying process was smooth and transparent. There were no hidden fees, and Vinny from the finance group was also very knowledgeable and helpful, very pleasant to work with. Vinny helped me secure financing and gave me tips on how to take care of my new car. The process was quick and I was in and out within an hour. Overall, my experience with Honda of Hackettstown was fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. They care about their customers, and it shows in every aspect of their service.
