My Review of Paul Moak Volvo:
The salesmen were very knowledgeable and were not pushy. They allowed me to make an informed decision without pressure. Because I visited the dealership on different days I dealt with multiple salesmen. I was not given the impression they were driven by who got the commission, but instead on making sure the dealership as a whole benefited from my purchase. I’m looking forward to being a new owner of a Volvo.

My Review of Paul Moak Volvo:
Greg was very attentive and listened to what we were interested in in an auto; even in the rain, he showed us every vehicle we wanted to see. He was very knowledgable about different models and made comparisons between each very easily. The only problem we had was we had to return the Volvo S60 for repairs because our homelink did not work initially. This repair was scheduled promptly and handled to our satisfaction. We are pleased with our purchase experience; so much so that we plan to purchase a second Volvo in the next few weeks.

My Review of Paul Moak Volvo:
Greg Scales is the best in car sales of any salesman Bill and I have EVER dealt with in our 40 years of married "car buying." He actually listens to what we like and are looking for and does not pressure us to purchase something just because it is on the lot. He made buying our first Volvo from Paul Moak a wonderful experience. Then, years later, he called to tell us of a car they had just gotten in that he believed was just what we needed (and fit our list of requirements! :) to move into next. He was right! It was perfect, and we bought that car from him as well. Greg is personable, professional, and sincere. He is certainly a treasure for the Paul Moak sales team!
