well I would give it a 5 rating if I was sure the 'lifetime warranty and lifetime free maintenance' is actually true and that I can come back and refinance in 8 months for a 9% rate instead of an 18% 'lifetime warranty and lifetime free maintenance' is actually true and that I can come back and refinance in 8 months for a 9% rate instead of an 18% rate. The whole process took an astonishing 90 minutes and would have been less had we not asked them to run different options over and over.
