My experience at Audi Beaverton, working with Griffin Palmer, was the exact opposite of everything I feared. Fun, thoughtful, human, transparent - I can’t recommend this team of wonderful humans enough. If you’re thinking about purchasing a vehicle, I highly suggest paying them a visit. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had (this was my third vehicle purchase) - and best/only post-purchase experience! Instead of handing me keys and waving me off, Griffin spent 30-40+ minutes (at 6p on a Sunday evening, mind you) helping me personalize the vehicle settings and educating me on its unique capabilities and answering questions about things I hadn’t thought to ask about during the various test drives we went on. This is honestly one of the best places to go to if you are looking for a vehicle. You may hear that a lot, but coming from me that rarely does reviews this should tell you something. The other thing I want to mention is they dont judge you based on how you look, they treat you with respect and will find you someone to help out. (Stigmas I suppose from luxury dealerships) I worked with Griffin P on finding my next car. He was awesome and listened to what I wanted and was looking for. The work they did and the information I got was worth it. Griffin wasn't just being a typical sales man, he actually cared and gave me solid advice and was not BSing me. He kept it real. There was ZERO pressure from him or the finance manager just to do a sale. They helped me get THE BEST deal even if they were losing a bit. They gave me a lot more money for my trade with the terrible condition that it was in! I am grateful for that! This whole experience that I went through from start to finish has made me a customer for life with them and will recommend friends and family to find their next vehicle and deal with Griffin and the Audi Beaverton family.
