I searched multiple Hyundai dealerships in the Orlando area for the exact car I wanted. From the first contact John Booth was up front, honest and he listened to me. He found the exact car I wanted and worked with me on price. He knew the vehicle inside and out and was able to answer all my questions. He was always respectful and NEVER talked down to me. Guillermo was the finance person that I worked with (I already had financing with my credit union). He went over everything in detail, answered all my questions and encouraged me to question everything. He took his time without wasting mine - which I really appreciate. After all the paper work was signed John gave me a through tour of the service department, explaining all that I needed to know about bringing in my car for service. John then took the time to sit in my car and sync my phone, program my XM and FM stations on the radio, and just make sure I knew all the little details - like the lights and windshield wipers, etc. It was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend that anyone in the market for a Hyundai go to John. More

I called ahead to Universal Hyundai to see if they had any Tuscons on the lot. I spoke with John Booth who told me they did and he was waiting for me when I got there. I was so excited when I saw they had any Tuscons on the lot. I spoke with John Booth who told me they did and he was waiting for me when I got there. I was so excited when I saw they had a 2010 Tuscon that was in perfect condition with low mileage. It was more in my price range than a brand new one and John wasn't pushy about getting me in a 2012. He was so easy to work with. They offered a very fair price after a short negotiation I was sold. Guillermo did all the paperwork with us and was so patient explaining everything to me even though we were there until well after midnight. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. The whole overall experience was great and I couldn't be happier with my new used car! I recommend this dealership to anyone! More
