I bought my Jeep at this dealer because they had the one I wanted on the floor. I wasn't too concerned about the service dept., which looked kind of small. They provided me with documents, facts and a video of the vehicle in a timely manner and delivered the car within 24 hours at our home in San Diego, which saved me an enormous amount of time. I liked they way they handle the problem of a missing set of keys and resolved the problems to our satisfaction. Kudos to Monrovia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I wish all car dealerships were like them!
