Both Nick Palalas and Brad Cruickshank went out of their way with pre-sales and post-sales support. At no time did I feel that the Erinwood staff would let me down or not be there during this process. It has been 2 weeks since my purchase, and I am pleased to say that this has been a most satisfying experience, and with people that I would be pleased to deal with again and again. More

We sent an email through the website and received a speedy response from Habib. He introduced himself and gave us some information on the vehicle that we were inquiring about. Habib and I communicated through email and text a couple of times before we agreed to visit the dealership. As we arrived at the dealership and introduced ourselves to Habib, he gave us his full attention and treated us like family. He always had a smile on his face and was very accommodating when answering our questions regarding a number of vehicles. When we picked up our vehicle, Habib took his time explaining the features of the vehicle and how everything works etc. We are very happy with our chosen vehicle and we will look to referring our friends and family to Habib at Erinwood. More

We were not at fault as the other driver ran a stop sign and heavily damaged my car. The process through my insurance went well but we still need a car! I went to Erinwood Ford which is local to my community and spoke with a sales representative named Habib. He was very helpful in finding a vehicle in my price range, and not adding any pressure to get something i wasnt comfortable with. The process only took a day or two before i was in my new car, only because i wanted to make sure it was for me. Habib worked with my insurance to ensure everything was settled before i showed up to pick up my car. I was very impressed with the service, and would recommend Erinwood ford to any new buyers! More
