Yansi was such a professional Yansi handled everything perfectly. I came all the way from Iowa over a 9 hour drive to get my beautiful Duramax Dually and yes I loved the truck but Yansi handled everything perfectly. Outstanding Service We have searched for a vehicle for the last 6 months and have dealt with a lot of dealerships trying to find the vehicle we wanted and the service we We have searched for a vehicle for the last 6 months and have dealt with a lot of dealerships trying to find the vehicle we wanted and the service we deserved. We understand that when you have some credit challenges you have to be prepared to sit around the dealership usually all day and sometimes have to come back the next day etc but not at Route 66. We walked in picked the vehicle we wanted, test drove it and walked out owning a car in 2 hours. Tyler A was amazing and listened to what we wanted and got the job done.
