The service rep promptly took my information and turned in the service order. All I needed was a brake light replaced but they handled it with as much importance as a full service brake job. My Rating for the Service Department is FIVE Stars. Our experience with the Service Department was above average! Rachelle and Haley were very prompt, pleasant and courteous. However, outside of this Our experience with the Service Department was above average! Rachelle and Haley were very prompt, pleasant and courteous. However, outside of this department we were very dismayed!!! I wandered into the lobby and didn't feel welcome at ALL! The two employees I questioned response was very short and they didn't seem too eager to answer my questions on a certain vehicle. When I left their present, they then followed me as I browsed the show room. And my encounter with the parts department was not my best experience as in the past! If I was looking to buy a new car or parts I would have to carefully consider my options. Our reason for going to the parts department was due to a missing Height Adjustment Cover to cover the wires parts under the driver seat that we discovered after our last service but forgot to mention at that time. We inquired and we were sent to the parts department to purchase, which I questioned. After receipt of our vehicle the radio channels were lost, and when we got home and armed the alarm the mirrors did not collapse nor did the horn sound. More
