Sadly, when the 12 volt system on my two day old CX-90 went flat, no one within the service department seemed to be able to explain why. Furthermore, no one could advise how to unplug the charging lead in order to get the vehicle recovered to the local Mazda dealer. Hans was awesome; he was very familiar with the vehicle we wanted such as its operation and features, and even more importantly he was professional and polite in all respects. We give Hans a rating of 20 if the scale could go that high! I also want to recognize the Sales Manager Clayton and the Finance Manager Chris. We considered a Toyota RAV4 and Honda CRX besides the Mazda CX-5 that Hans eventually sold us, largely based on the above comments/ dealer experience and extensive vehicle reviews on YouTube.
