Was pitched 4 brake changes and estimated 4-5 hours of service. 6 hours later my car was ready with only 2 brakes changed, because of issues accessing the rear brakes. No call from the dealer to discuss t service. 6 hours later my car was ready with only 2 brakes changed, because of issues accessing the rear brakes. No call from the dealer to discuss the change in scope of service, which I would not have agreed to. Now I have to drive 2 hours to have the rear brakes changed, so an additional day of my life gone. When I got in the car to leave, there were 3 moderately sized grease smudges on the front seat. Thankfully somebody at the shop was available to clean them. As I walked through the service department to leave, one of the employees was eyeing me like an angry bouncer. Truly awful experience. More

I took my truck in to have the trailer light connection inspected. They performed a quick check of fuses and wiring harness. Neither had an issue. They informed me that it needed a more detailed inspection inspected. They performed a quick check of fuses and wiring harness. Neither had an issue. They informed me that it needed a more detailed inspection to find the issue. I told them I would have to bring it back. Orr did not charge me for their time. The guys were very customer oriented.
