I purchased a 2026 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited in the gunmetal color on 1/15/26. I had been trying to find a car I like for quite some time. I happened to call Pat Lobb on 1/14/26 to ask a general qu the gunmetal color on 1/15/26. I had been trying to find a car I like for quite some time. I happened to call Pat Lobb on 1/14/26 to ask a general question about the availability of new Highlander Hybrids, and Harrison happened to answer my call - I was already exhausted and had little hope (after having dealt with many other dealerships), but he checked his inventory for me right away, and they happened to have availability of the trim I was seeking in a beautiful color that I liked. Harrison set a quick appt for me to come and see it that same evening, and sent me a video of the car in the meantime. Upon arrival, he had the car pulled up and showed me all the interior & exterior features. He patiently answered all my questions. From the start he was a straight shooter - honest and transparent (unlike some other salesman I encountered recently at different dealerships). I couldn't close the deal that evening since my husband was unavailable, so he offered to hold it for me until the next day (I appreciated that a lot!). He was patient while I figured out some logistics, and we were able to come to an agreement the next day! They also offer TOYOTA service plans/warranty, not a 3rd-party warranty like other Toyota dealerships, which was a big plus for me. After the purchase, they put the new plates on for me right then, before I left with the car. Logan helped familiarize me with all the features and tech, and also helped set up the Toyota app on my phone and connect it to the car. He was very patient with us and very forthright in explaining everything about the vehicles we considered and the transaction process. As strange as it seems, we ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from his dealership. This choice is no reflection on Harrison or the dealership itself. Rather, my wife stumbled upon another vehicle from a completely different manufacturer for which she fell in love with. Still, I want Harrison and all associated with Pat Lobb Toyota to know how so very thankful we are for their efforts on our behalf.
