We thoroughly enjoyed working with Shannon. He knew exactly what we needed to do in order to get into our price point. Shannon even went as far as calling our auto insurance company to find out what the price point difference would be on our monthly statement. We also worked with John in the finance department. He answered all of our questions And provided all options in making us feel like we were making the right decision. George was knowledgeable, friendly, and the paragon of professionalism. He showed great interest in my family's needs for a new vehicle and took great care in helping us select the right product. George tookhis time in showing us several vehicles, so that we could experience each model that we were inquiring about. He was very patient and made sure to ask qualifying questions regarding past purchase experiences and past vehicles owned. If I ever needed to buy another car, I would certainly come back to him and Pat Lobb Toyota in McKinney. I will most certainly let others about my experience with George and Pat Lobb Toyota.

We recently were referred to Patt Lobb Toyota by a friend. Initially, Tim helped us get an idea of what we might want by phone and email. When we made the trip to the dealership the team, including Alexander, made us welcome and comfortable. Tim introduced us to George Mogollon (972-741-1284) who was very knowledgeable in every capacity about the vehicle and any features, comparisons or questions we had. After driving the car, we made the decision to purchase and Derek was very thorough. He even let us run several scenarios of our purchase through his computer to find the best option. Overall, an excellent experience.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Not your usual frustrating dealership trying to sell you a deal. They listened to our needs and respected our opinions and most importantly gave us our space to make a decision based on what we wanted and not what 'they' wanted. Kept my last car for almost 11 years because I didnt want the hassle and arm-twisting tactice. However, this experience was totally hassle-free and very professional. I really apprecited the quality service offered by George ("My guy in the car business"). He made it fun, and wasnt over-bearing or pushy. Financing dept was also very professional and comfortable. For a person that "hates" having to jump through the hoops most dearlers require of buyers Amanda Abshire made our transaction easy. From the test drive to signing the papers it went fast and smooth. The folks at Pat Lobb were friendly and professional. George Mogollon did a great job explaining the financing options and the negotiating process was short and relatively painless. George explained financing vs. leasing, and we decided to lease for the first time. I HIGHLY recommend Pat Lobb and George.
