Harry Ossenberg at Crown Buick GMC

I have used Crown GMC service and specifically with Harry Ossenberg for over 6 years now and never been dissappointed with there service. My service advisor, Harry Ossenberg, is as personable and helpful as they get.

I also bought a new 2011 GMC Denali HD pickup and over a year ago and delt with Carrie Pennington and Mark Biddy, both outstanding sales personel.

Harry Ossenberg's professionalism and customer service skills should be a benchmark for all employees.

As a women Harry makes me feel very comfortable; with his sincerity for my well being regarding any work that my vehicle needs and I know I am not being taken advantage of because I am a woman. This is a definite plus....

I followed Harry from Scott and I appreciate his honestly, helpfulness and knowledge. Harry always describes the services recommended along with charges I can expect. I never feel pressured but I always feel well informed by Harry which enables me to make decissions. I trust him and never question the information he provides.

Again, I want to express that Harry is an exceptional representative of your company.

If I know of anyone needing services I would highly recommend your dealership and would alway tell them to request Harry Ossenberg as their service advisor.

I had my Pontiac Vibe towed in to replace a bad starter and had Harry assigned to cover my case. Harry is an incredibly kind, patient, and helpful person - I have honestly never experienced the caliber of high quality customer service in the auto industry as I did with Harry. The quoted price for a new GM starter ended up being higher than for a Toyota starter (as the Vibe is essentially a Matrix - labor was the same cost at both dealerships), so I decided to take the car elsewhere for service. STILL, Harry related that he understood completely, and also managed to get the car started so that I didn't have to pay to have it towed to the Toyota dealership! I was unbelievably impressed with my overall experience, and will be bringing my Vibe back for maintenance service. I'd highly recommend Harry and Crown.

Harry goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I followed Harry from Scott Buick to Crown. He has taken care of my cars for 15 years. I trust what ever Harry tells me my car needs because to date he has never led me a stray. Over the years he has given me very personal service. For these reasons I will always let Harry take care of my cars.

HARRY WAS VERY HELPFUL IN FIXING A MINOR BUT ANNOYING PROBLEM ON HIS OWN.HE EVEN FOUND THE PART AS HE FIXED A SIMILAR PROBLEM RECENTLY.HE WAS COURTIOUS AND VOLUNTEERED TO SERVICE ME AS THE [I ASSUME]REGULAR SERVICEMAN WAS BUISY ON HIS COMPUTER.THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED IN A REASONABLE TIME AND AFTER MY FIRST VISIT I WAS IMPRESSED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF MY VISIT.
