In my lifetime, I have purchased or leased over 50 new vehicles . I have never experienced this level of courtesy, professionalism and a can do attitude exhibited here at Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs b vehicles . I did not make it easy for him to completely satisfy my specific needs for a new vehicle. But he exceeded my expectations 10 fold!! More

Doug Siegel and the entire sales and finance staff were a pleasure to deal with. There were no hidden fees or up charges of any kind, a very straight forward dealership. Harry Sugarman in finance got me a v pleasure to deal with. There were no hidden fees or up charges of any kind, a very straight forward dealership. Harry Sugarman in finance got me a very competitive rate in these crazy times, and I did everything through them. I must mention Adam Barton in the service dept. We moved to Naples in 2021 and brought our Mercedes with us from out of state. He has treated us as if I had purchased 10 cars here at Bonita Springs. With all respect to the others, Adam is the main reason I bought a new GLE 350. More

This is my first time purchasing a car from this dealership and I was pleased with the transaction. I live in North Florida and I was a bit hesitant about purchasing a car so far away without physic dealership and I was pleased with the transaction. I live in North Florida and I was a bit hesitant about purchasing a car so far away without physically being able to inspect it, however, Josh was very accommodating and made the process run smoothly. He personally videoed the car inside and out and gave me details about all aspects of the vehicle. We were in communication throughout the process and my car was delivered to my door in pristine condition. Josh was very professional and I appreciate the effort he made to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase of my new car.
