Disgraceful, it took 9 weeks to figure out y a 2 week old car couldn't start...blamed me the whole time for there being no gas...later found that there was gas and just couldn't fix the issue it self. The sales manager, Doug Hansen is a miserable, moron. I was in the process of finalizing my lease. I didn’t want the dealership decal on the rear of my new Corsair. Hansen ordered the service mechanics to was in the process of finalizing my lease. I didn’t want the dealership decal on the rear of my new Corsair. Hansen ordered the service mechanics to put it on. I tried to talk to him, but he was dismissive and told me. “You don’t have to take the deal, go!!”. This is after I sat with the the insurance staff and added the new Corsair to my policy and was completing the financial paperwork. I agreed to the license plate frame on the front and back with the dealership. I didn’t want the decal on the rear of my vehicle. Hansen took it personally and would rather I walk away from leasing the vehicle, then oblige a paying customer. Needless to say, I will not be getting a vehicle from Dana Motors in my lifetime. And I’m telling everyone I know to tell everyone they know, not to ever go to Dana Motors. I feel bad for the salesperson because Doug Hansens arrogance and petulance cost him a sale. I hope Lincoln removes Doug Hansen from his position More

This is my second lease, but never needed service. Check engine light came on in my Ford Fusion .called for appointment in august and was given October date. Needless to say light went off and had to cancel engine light came on in my Ford Fusion .called for appointment in august and was given October date. Needless to say light went off and had to cancel. Cannot inspect without light. Light came back on .and appt. 3 weeks away. Brought car on September 29, no loaner and did not get back till 10/02. One day later light is back. Brought back 10/5. No one calls to tell you anything, I called NUMEROUS times, getting a run around for answers. No loaner available again! Finally got car back on 10/9, with 45 miles added to my mileage. Did they use my car for loaner???do they not have enough help or competent help? It was a terribly frustrating experience I hope to never repeat. Keith Curran is manager and should check into this. Brought my Mustang in again to have additional equipment installed. Keith the service manager was courteous and made sure the service was done timely and correctly. Mike the technician who worked on my car installed. Keith the service manager was courteous and made sure the service was done timely and correctly. Mike the technician who worked on my car once again showed me the quality and care I’m used to receiving. Hazem in the service department made sure I was taken care once I arrived and kept me updated until the car was ready for pickup. Very satisfied once again. More
