Great Experience With Jim I had a few reservations when I first looked up the reviews of this dealership but working with Jim was an absolute pleasure. Jim was 100% upfront and I had a few reservations when I first looked up the reviews of this dealership but working with Jim was an absolute pleasure. Jim was 100% upfront and transparent about the condition of the vehicle and the vehicle was just as he had described it when I arrived to check it out in person. I rated this purchase experience at 5 stars because Jim worked especially hard to make sure my purchase was efficient and expedited. He did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend anyone considering to purchase a vehicle here to ask for and work directly with Jim. Also, Heather in warranty did a great job building extended warranty options for me that fit my needs and my budget. From front to back this dealership experience was far better than I could have ever anticipated from what reviews I had previously read online. More

My husband was out of town, so we had to wait until Saturday to pick up the Durango. But Russ called and let me come see my new car. It was perfect and beautiful! And kudos to Heather in the office. She scheduled our rustproofing and stain proofing and had the car back to us in 24 hours. Thank you both! I love this car. More

We will be back!!! It was worth the drive!! My husband and I had been searching for a Dodge Durango for quite a while. We came across our vehicle on Grogan-Towne's website. My husband called and talked to Mo and was told the vehicle was not ready to be seen. We explained that Saturday was the only day we were able to shop for vehicles and we really wanted to see this vehicle. We told him we lived two hours away (Flint area Michigan) He offered to have it cleaned up so we could see it. We arrived and the vehicle was actually pretty clean and it had been washed. I was very impressed that he took the time to have it presentable for us to see without even knowing whether or not we would buy it. After test driving the vehicle, we decided it was the one for us. Mo explained how their vehicles are aggressively priced and showed us the KBB price which was $3,000 higher than what they were asking for it. Anyway, we made the deal. To top things off, they delivered our Dodge Durango FREE to Michigan. In order to certify the car, they did their 125 point inspection etc. Mo called and said that the mechanic said there was a shake in the front end so they installed four BRAND NEW TIRES and delivered it to us with a full tank of gas and professionally cleaned inside and out. We have never been treated so well. Mo was not a pushy salesman and was very upfront and honest with us - unlike previous experiences we had while car shopping. Our son will be getting his first car soon and we will definitely make the drive to purchase a vehicle from Mo at Grogan Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We dealt with Heather in finance and she was awesome too. I could not believe how smooth it was to deal with both of them. It was just a wonderful experience. I love my Dodge Durango. It's worth the drive!!!! More

"Better than Expected" drove into dealership on a whim. I had an incredible experience at this dealership. I was nervous about working with a dealership as my other car purchases had been through smaller, local lots. Mo was an incredible salesman. From the initial phone call I made inquiring about a vehicle all the way through the test drive, purchase, financing, and questions after the sale he was very informative and returned my phone calls right away. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered any questions we had honestly and did not make us feel pressured in any way. We worked with Heather in the business department for financing and she also was very informative and did not pressure us to make decisions or finance with certain places. We were trying to finance through our local bank and Heather and Mo went out of their way to make sure they received the proper documentation. When we then decided to finance through the dealership options Heather was able to take our credit application over the phone and get us set up with financing in just a few hours. They even went so far as to then drive the new van to us (over an hour away) and the very courteous drivers even made sure it was filled up with gas when it was delivered to our driveway. Heather sent along all the paperwork I needed to complete the financing so we never had to make another trip back to the dealership. Everything was brought to us. Mo and Heather truly made this experience easy and actually fun. I would recommend this dealership and especially these two individuals to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. And after a lot of comparing different sites, this dealership always had the best prices on the van we were looking to buy within a 100 mile radius of our location. A win/win on all accounts! More

This review describes our very first exclusively Internet-based vehicle purchase. After an exhaustive regional search, we found the vehicle that met all of our rather stringent options requirements and contacted Grogan's Towne. It bears mentioning that I had inquired with other dealers about vehicles and while I was always treated politely and respectfully, Mo Rammuny at Grogan's Towne made it clear that he was focused on one thing and one thing only -- our complete satisfaction with the vehicle and purchasing process. It's one thing to state this to a prospective customer, but another to actually make it happen and Mo did just that! He worked quickly, providing us with all the information we asked for, but never at any time did we feel pushed or uncomfortable with the process. Mo arranged for a very courteous driver to deliver the vehicle to us free-of-charge, over 300 miles away! Yes, 300 miles with NO DELIVERY FEE! One dealership we spoke with that was about the same distance was going to charge us $500 for delivery. But the best part of the delivery was that Mo made it clear that if we weren't completely satisfied with the vehicle, the driver would simply turn around and drive another 300 miles back to the dealership, with no questions asked or funds exchanged. Truly, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect vehicle purchase. We love our new ride, but were more impressed with our experience with Grogan's Towne, Mo and his colleagues.
