In for an oil change only, but having just hit 100k miles they did inform me of several suggested maintenance items (expected, that's fine.) They also said they had a pair of recalls to address - one of whic they did inform me of several suggested maintenance items (expected, that's fine.) They also said they had a pair of recalls to address - one of which would require a follow-up appointment and several hours of time. I couldn't do this same day. I tried to take the car in to a different, more local dealer for service and Bob Bell had claimed the recall - so the other dealer would not touch the recall since Bob Bell had accepted payment for it, even though they hadn't done anything. Now I am forced to go back there or else not get it done. Pretty bullsh*t system. More
