Frances was such a welcoming presence to my car buying experience! She was so attentive and professional and really understood my needs from the second I walked through the door. She kept me entertained throughout the whole process and now my family and I also know where to go for a great vacation out west ;) lol She also went out of her way to provide some snacks and hot chocolate to my 5 year old son!
