People, myself included, typically hate the car buying experience. But Helen Appel and Annapolis Subaru made it professional and seamless. Same with Bob Carroll. None of the usual - “I will have to eat no experience. But Helen Appel and Annapolis Subaru made it professional and seamless. Same with Bob Carroll. None of the usual - “I will have to eat noodles every meal” - if I give you this deal. The discount was fair and something we both could endorse. I visited the DC Auto Show in January 2024. Subaru was the most informative by far and none of the high pressure tactics I found in most other companies at that show. Bottom line, I decided on a Subaru after that show and got a wonderful deal and car with Annapolis Subaru. Other car companies should take a lesson. More
