Took vehicle back for GM buy back. They agreed with gm to provide this service. Went to sign paperwork that they were sent a week before. They did not read paperwork nor provided a not They agreed with gm to provide this service. Went to sign paperwork that they were sent a week before. They did not read paperwork nor provided a notary. They took one look at paperwork and said they can't do it. Why not I stated. They didn't know what to do because it had to be notarized. We drive 90 miles one way. We took paperwork and had it notarized. They were to provide everything we were to just sign paperwork. They never looked at it prior to use coming. Be prepared if you need to do a buy back. More
