Great Customer Service! Can't say enough about Porsche Riverside. Took my wife's new Cayenne in to the service department for some issues with the paint. The service staff David Barron and Henry Queada were very accommodating and professional. Cody Allen had a loaner vehicle setup for me to use while the vehicle was there. Coming from Orange County, This made it convenient for me to get back home. Picked the Cayenne up the next morning and was very pleased that they took such good care of it. They did an entire detail to the car! I had asked for only some areas that had water spotting on the roof and hood be taken care of! This as far as I am concerned is great customer service that shows how much they appreciate their customers. My experience with Porsche Riverside from Sales to Service has been a pleasure, and I will continue to use them for all my needs in the future! More

Service advisors David, Henry, and Cody are hands down some of the best service advisors in the business. From the time they greet you upon arrival, to walking you out David, Henry, and Cody are hands down some of the best service advisors in the business. From the time they greet you upon arrival, to walking you out to your loaner. These guys are knowledgeable and their customer service skills are on point. This is truly one exceptional dealership that has both the best facility and the best staff. Walter's Porsche has trained their personnel to provide the customer with a user-centered experience, be it purchasing/leasing and/or the follow-up service process. My recent service experience was one of the best. I was greeted by Mycal Heffner who made me feel welcome and did the first part of the intake process since my service advisor Henry Quezada was busy with another client (I arrived early). Mycal helped me find an excellent space where I could work while I waited for the service to be completed. Then Henry took over the process and, kept me informed of the progress. The service was completed ahead of schedule, the car was returned to me exceptionally clean and I was given copies of the work order, and sent off with a very positive feeling.
