All around a great experience. I found this dealer by word of mouth. They gave me the best price from all the dealers. Roman was great at providing me with the best savings option based on my situation. Herb was patient and great at answering all my questions. Demetria at finance gave me the options and was zero percent pushy. She let me think about how to proceed. Everyone I had contact with was amazing. The dealer was nice, clean and very well set up. Parking was a little tight but it was busy and it flowed. I really can’t say enough good comments about them. Even the follow up was just the right amount. Definitely recommend Heritage Hyundai if you are in the market. More

We went back to Heritage Hyundai to purchase our 2nd Tucson there. So happy we did and that we got to work with Herb! He made the whole process seamless and was extremely responsive to all our needs. We had an appt with a salesperson after I had emailed a spoken with him about the exact car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. When we arrived, the salesperson was not available, so we were pass spoken with him about the exact car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. When we arrived, the salesperson was not available, so we were passed to Herb. Herb informed us that the car we wanted was not on the lot and there was no way we could get what we wanted for the price that had been agreed upon. The manager came over and offered a fantastic deal for a car that was on the lot but not in the interior color we wanted, so we ended up leaving. Herb followed up with us, apologizing. He followed up again the next day asking if we had found what we wanted, and I informed him I put a deposit on one in transit. Herb informed me that the car I wanted had been brought to their lot and the Manager said that if we wanted it that day, he would give us that fantastic deal he was offering for the car we didn't want. Herb started the paperwork in advance to decrease our time at the dealership. We financed the minimum to get the discount included in the managers offer. We met with Bintu in finance and she was great. Her manager was able to find a discount for an additional warranty (on the electronic components). Bintu was very pleasant and helpful and our experience with her was wonderful. Our experience with Herb was also wonderful. I am pretty sure the initial salesperson we spoke with was terminated, and I imagine it was due to making promises that more experienced salespeople would never have made. Herb was definitely looking out for us and we LOVE our new car! More
