Her guidance and help were great in getting me ready for the purchase of my 2016 Lexus GS 350 F Sport. Hung handled my actual sale upon arrival. He was great. With the information provided by Lesly, and finishing the purchase with Hung, I couldn't ask for a better team to work with. However, I was slightly led astray by the business manager when it came to actually driving away my vehicle. Owning a Lexus for 2 weeks and being misled on when to take it home was not good. Paying for 2 different flights out was also aggravating. Not having the dealership compensate was abysmal. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase and most happy with all of the help Lesly and Hung have given me. More

New-to-Me car purchase. Good Experience I inquired about a car on the Herb Chambers Lexus website and was immediately contacted by the Internet Manager, Kayla G. She was very helpful over the phone and via email. I stopped by on a Wednesday night at 8:15 and was greeted at the front desk. Kayla came out said hello introduced herself and I was then introduced to Sales Consultant Hung T. Hung was extremely informative, patient and polite. Answered all my questions during and after the test drive. We returned to the dealership, sat down and he walked me through the process. We moved ahead, I filled out all the paperwork, took a tour of the facility and then met with the Finance Managers, Sanjay K. and Jose O. Both Sanjay & Jose walked me through the loan process and ran down all the numbers. All said and done, I’m the proud owner of a (new-to-me) 2007 Lexus IS 250 at decent price, 1-owner and low miles. Across the board Hung, Sanjay, Jose and Kayla were great to deal with. Nothing negative to say about the experience. This was the first vehicle I had purchased in almost 18yrs (same truck since 1999 and motorcycle since 2000), so trust me when I say I was looking for something to find wrong, but really couldn’t.
