Everything was great until the brake light came back on on our brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee after driving 70 miles more miles. We are still on our first tank of gas with only 354 miles total. Good dealership, but the service department is not great. More than once I have scheduled an appointment (by phone) for a recall on my charger only to arrive for them to tell me they have to order a part and More than once I have scheduled an appointment (by phone) for a recall on my charger only to arrive for them to tell me they have to order a part and it will be a month or so. Horrible experience! I had my Jeep towed to the dealership. I didn’t hear from them, so I called four times with no response. I finally called the service manager and I had my Jeep towed to the dealership. I didn’t hear from them, so I called four times with no response. I finally called the service manager and he had the service advisor call me. The jeep needed a new alternator and battery. I also asked the advisor to refill the windshield wiper fluid and fill the left back tire with air, which he replied…”no problem”. I never received a call to explain what repairs needed to be done. Two days later, I received a text that my jeep was ready….never received a call from the service advisor. I went to the dealership and was not greeted by anyone. I went into an office were four employees were chatting. Not one bothered to say hello or ask me if I could be helped. I was appalled. Finally, a young lady delivered my keys and a copy of the bill. I got my jeep and as I drove off, I noticed the windshield wiper fluid was not refilled nor was air added to my tire. The next day, I called the service manager to express my dissatisfaction. Called him again two days later and left a message a couple days later. At this time, I have not heard back. This dealership needs a major overhaul. More
