Being from Seneca, SC we all know there isn't much to do, so what do I do with my free time when I am not at work. I enjoy motorcycles and Chevy HotRods. I have owned a few motorcycles in my time including several sportster HD a couple soft tails as well as a Victory. Some HotRod's I've enjoyed restoring several of them. Including a '68 Chevelle and a '78 Camaro. I started my sales career on the Industrial side of things in North Carolina selling heavy machinery. Now that I work for Kia of Greenville, I am not a "road warrior" so to speak but I do travel into work everyday. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their story, after all we are all one of a kind and that makes us unique. I purchased 2 kia souls on May 22, 2020 and had the BEST experience, his name was Chris and I was direct and explained what we were looking for and within the hour we had 2 kia souls picked out. We have loved our cars, but I cannot say that about the service at Kia of Greenville. Both cars have been serviced through Kia of Greenville, and if you have ever had service there, you will notice that the agents beg you to provide a positive review, which I always do. When the tables were turned and I needed help, I have not be able to get a response - via email, phone calls, and chat. The decal on my hood (less than 22,000 miles) appears to be peeling, fading, and splintering. I called and was told I needed to leave a message, someone from service would return my call. I left a message regarding the issue and what could we to do to resolve the problem - even offering to have the decal removed as it looks bad. No response, I emailed, no response, I chatted (must have been a chat bot) During one chat, they confirmed my name, address and phone number - No response. I reached out to Kia USA, who opened a ticket, but stated I needed to reach out to the dealership, as they would be happy to handle the concern. I have emailed 7+ times, called and left 8+ messages, and chatted several times. I was told numerous times that someone would follow up - No one has responded. I did receive a phone call asking if I was interested in doing a trade in/selling my car - really, asked if I could speak with a manager and the sales guy said he would take a message - still no response. I have always had positive engagement with Jordan in the service department, but I have not received a call from him either, after attempting to get a message to him. I'm so disappointment the in this treatment, especially when I have been very nice, professional, and loyal customer and all i'm seeking is help in what can be done. I had an oil changed scheduled the other week, called asked that someone give me a call back before the oil change, as I do not want to provide another dime to them until they respond to me and yet still no response. I would tell people never to go to Kia of Greenville, or any other dealership owned by this owner, as the most important thing to them is the mighty dollar, and they care nothing about their customer's, or making things right. It took a few tries, but he didn't consider giving up. I am in sales too, and I learned from the experience of being his customer! My Kia Soul is cute, zippy, handles great, and has much better ergonomics than my last car, with the adjustable, telescoping steering wheel! Great for tall people! And the sound system rules! The whole staff was warm and attentive, and even though I didn't get to eat dinner until after 10, I had a great experience there. I would recommend it to anybody! More
