In early April 2009, I paid a visit to DCH Toyota in Freehold, New Jersey. I was specifically looking for a 2009 2WD Toyota Tundra with a regular cab and a long bed. Ian-Michael was extremely patient and maintained a professional, yet understanding, attitude with any skepticism or concerns I had. Henry was also very helpful in dealing with the financial aspects of my purchase, and made sure that everything went smoothly, and to my satisfaction. And last, but not least, Gary was very courteous, friendly and professional. We've owned/leased only Toyotas since 1987. We began with Freehold Toyota when they were still in their previous location, a bit south of their current position, on the northbound side of Rt. 9. We shop the market when making a car purchase or lease and this dealership has ALWAYS made the effort to provide the best in personalized service, and extremely competitive pricing. I can't describe how many other dealerships and brands we've looked at, every time we needed a new car. Not only has Toyota always come out on top, but this dealership is consistently the best as well. We hate when a dealer tries to pressure us into making a deposit, even after we've told them that we're just looking for information and to make comparisons. We're up front about our research and feel that the dealer should respect our way of doing business. If the car is right and the deal is the best, we'll do business. The only dealership that has not pressured us, and has answered all the questions (every time) is DCH Freehold Toyota. Servicing here is also a top quality experience. No pressure to do the 'add-ons' that many dealerships try to sell with regular servicing. Only what's needed, or to be told that something is NOT needed. I can appreciate the honesty. It keeps us coming back even though the dealership is about 30 minutes from where we live (and there are 2 much closer dealerships). I highly recommend this dealership in the same way I recommend specific brands of photographic equipment and computers. The best product and the most value for your money. And excellent customer service every time. This is what makes the deal! More
