Very upset I recently leased a Q3 and am very dissatisfied with my experience. Ibrahim showed me the premium package features in one Q3 such as heating steering and phone charging pad. I didn’t like the color so he found another Q3 which was cheaper per month. I asked, so which features does this car not have since it’s cheaper? He said only doesn’t have navigation which I was okay with. This was a lie. After I drove off of the lot I started to realize more and more features that he showed me in the first Q3 that are missing in my car. This was my first car purchase and I wish I could return it. I would have gone with the premium model if he told me the truth about the features that were missing. I love Audi’s but after this experience I am not satisfied with my purchase and due to the lack of transparency I will not be a repeat customer. More
