Igor Shiff at Bay Ridge Honda

We have going to BAY RIDGE HONDA for over 25yrs. We first met Hank Berntsen and found him honest and easy to talk to and most of all not pushie. We bought our very first accord, Later we came for a second one, and would only deal with our FRIEND Hank. As the years went on Igor Shiff took over for Hank, and we had the same feeling about Igor. We did shop around to other Honda Dealers but never found the same friendly staff as Hank Bernsten and Igor Shiff. THEY ARE THE BEST.

It was my first car and also my first new car experience and Igor was the best at it. Very friendly and very helpful, he made the everything so clear and simple. I highly recommend Igor to anyone interested in finding the best rates for a Honda car. He was also very accurate and always on time. If you visit Bay Ridge Honda make sure you ask for IGOR SHIFF!!

My family and I have been happily dealing with Bay Ridge Honda for many years.This has been our 6th lease and in all , we must have sent at least 10 to 15 friends and family members to George Gambino and Igor Shiff .We TRUST no one else and no one can match the care and ease in which they help us close the deal and drive away extremely happy customers.If ever there is a problem or a concern ..IT IS HANDLED IMMEDIATELY and usually to our complete satisfaction.We have owned and leased everything from the Honda Fit,the Civic the Accord,the CRV and the Odyssey. ALL GREAT CARS!!!.We have dealt with other dealerships before in New Jersey and Staten Island. But now that we have become" like family "to Our Friends at Bay Ridge Honda there will never be a need to go any where else.We figure if George and Igor can't get us a great deal and car - than no one can. Igor is a wonderful and hard working salesman. My wife and I came to him and he provided us with top notch service. We drive 5-speed cars and there were none available at the time. He worked very hard and got us the 5-speed car in our first choice color - white. He had to go all the way upstate to get us the car. The person responsible for swaps was on maternity leave and did not answer the phone, and Igor tried calling the sales manager, and the deal went through. I have to mention that my family has leased five cars through him. He explained the features of the car and all the details to us. He gives you the best deal and the best service when you are ready for a new car. The car came to us detailed and with a full tank of gas. I recommend Igor to anyone who wants a wonderful car at the best possible price. You won't go wrong with him.
