I didn't plan to buy a car yesterday. I just wanted the sales team to know what I was hoping to purchase at the end of the year or maybe early next year. But they went to work on their inventory list, saw they had a car with EVERYTHING I required and everything on my "it would be nice if..." list. So then they went to work crafting an excellent deal that is probably better than what I'd get later in the year. Stateline has been "MY" dealership since 2021 and my first Subaru, purchased not from them but used from a sister dealership but with an open recall. The service team fixed the recall, which then uncovered what turned out to be a factory defect...they believed me when I said something weird was happening, took thee time to rule out all the common causes, and then they spent 3 weeks tracking down what was actually wrong and working with design engineers to fix. I subsequently leased two cars from them, knowing I'd purchase at some point. I'm Subaru and Stateline for life! More

Good experience trading in a fine car and buying another. I arrived at 11am and was out the door at 2:30 completing the trade in and purchase in good time.
