I should’ve never stepped foot in there, NEVER. I would’ve respect this dealership a bit more if they actually were honest from the beginning instead of making me think I had a new car and trying t I would’ve respect this dealership a bit more if they actually were honest from the beginning instead of making me think I had a new car and trying to sabotage my credit score through multiple credit companies. Then later telling me it’s only Kia finance they’ve run my application through. They even ran an application for my mom who didn’t ask them too or wanted anything. Now they’re telling me (after messing up my credit score with hard inquiries) that I’m not approved for a loan and have to return the car. Here’s the kicker … after leaving the lot with it on the day of purchase and having it for almost a month. Never ever will I return here for even a rental. I despise this place. For so many reasons. They smile at you thinking they’re here to help but only and only will ever care about securing a deal. As a first timer getting a car at a dealership and not an auction this was a very horrible experience. A very horrible decision making Kia Hollywood my first dealership, too. More

I had a very disappointing experience with Hollywood Kia. They charged me $1,000 for servicing a car I purchased from them, but when I received the car, the service light was still on. I then had to pay an a They charged me $1,000 for servicing a car I purchased from them, but when I received the car, the service light was still on. I then had to pay an additional $2,000 to actually complete the required service. I was told by Hollywood Kia that the car did not need anything, and I trusted them, especially since I purchased the car without seeing it in person. I sent multiple letters explaining the situation. I did not ask for the $2,000 back, only a refund of the $1,000 they charged me for service that clearly was not done. On top of that, the car was shipped to me without a temporary tag. It took almost a month for them to send it, which meant I could not legally drive the car during that time. They have not responded to my attempts to resolve this, and now I am forced to take this matter to small claims court. Very poor communication and customer service. More
