Right now it’s about $10,000 off MSRP, close to…and they have 0% for 72 months and they were playing the game you can’t have both but Nissan corporate said that was false. And the salesman refused to tell me the final price out the door, only what monthly payment I want, plus stupid dealer add ons, and the tax break for a trade in to lower my vehicle trade in value. They’re playing the old school games from the 80’s…..stay away and I’ll be sure corporate here’s more from me about this! This would’ve been my 3rd new vehicle purchase from Fred Haas, Frank is a master manipulator, you should be ashamed of yourself trying to take advantage of a disabled veteran! More

Frank Ambless did an excellent job helping us get our first car at a dealership. He took care of us in every aspect. Found the right car, right loan and made us feel very good about the whole thing. Javier was eager and professional. I could tell he was relatively new to car sales and I really wanted to buy a car from him. I was told it is dealership policy that they cannot give I could tell he was relatively new to car sales and I really wanted to buy a car from him. I was told it is dealership policy that they cannot give me a quote without first disclosing my address, phone, and email. The financial manager, Sid, was friendly but wouldn't budge. I shouldn't have to give all my information to get a quote. Forcing disclosure of this information before giving a simple quote is why I am no longer considering another Nissan. More

I was transparent on the phone about the max price I could pay while speaking to Star and Frank. They said they were very flexible so I made the drive, only to find it was an 8-10k difference than what could pay while speaking to Star and Frank. This dealership is very slow when warranty service is included to try to get you to walk away. The service rep was watching football on his phone at his desk and was in no hurry to get my car battery rep included to try to get you to walk away. The service rep was watching football on his phone at his desk and was in no hurry to get my car battery replaced. It took 2+ hours for them to figure it out when it took me 2 minutes in my driveway. He never spoke to me and only sent info via text since they wanted to add $3,000+ in addition service. Ironically, I was there 4 weeks ago and no additional work was needed then so they can not be trusted. More
I would like to thank Mr. Aldo Gonzales, Service Advisor, for this professional handling of my request for service this week on my 2016 Altima. I took my car in because I hear Aldo Gonzales, Service Advisor, for this professional handling of my request for service this week on my 2016 Altima. I took my car in because I heard an unfamiliar noise in the engine; however, my car runs like a top-- perfectly. Mr. Gonzalez looked inside the hood and listened. He could not hear anything unfamiliar and neither could I. There was no noise. Mr. Gonzales told me that rather than do a diagnostic to find a noise that would cost me perhaps unnecessarily if nothing was found, the next time that I hear an "unfamiliar noise" to record it. I was so very appreciative of his thoughtful recommendation because I was already afraid of how much I might have to pay. Mr. Gonzalez was honest and professional at the same time and I am greatly pleased with the wonderful attitude he exhibited on behalf of Fred Haas Nissan. More
