Service is decent but expecting more from a luxury brand. It's great we can schedule appointments and get provided with loaners but loaners are always dirty inside with drink stains, plastic still on parts, It's great we can schedule appointments and get provided with loaners but loaners are always dirty inside with drink stains, plastic still on parts, even a used tissue in the cup holder. While servicing my car it would be nice if the seats and steering wheel were covered with something and door handles wiped down so we don't find grease inside. Communication could be better. A simple text update on what's going every few days would be great. Going a week without any contact or updates is not ideal. I've had 4 major parts replaced for 2 separate issues and still not resolved even though every time I was told it was. Would be helpful if rep would ask to drive and hear the issue or better yet the person working on the car so there is no disconnect. Just describing the issue may not be enough it seems. Maybe just bad luck but having the car in service 3 times for 2 months total in first 9 months of ownership is frustrating. More

Wow, wow! Madison and Vito were an excellent team. I knew what I wanted and they knew that I was limited on time. I was in and out of the dealership within an Madison and Vito were an excellent team. I knew what I wanted and they knew that I was limited on time. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and 20 minutes with everything that I wanted and no hassle or issues. This team was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Dean is a whiz with the set up of the vehicle!! Isaac, the service manager made me feel comfortable, knowing that if there were any issues I would be taking care of. Fortunately, none so far. Thank you all for your help! More

Great service department. The service manager Isaac Diaz was super helpful when I wanted to replace my summer tires with all-season tires, and some new wheels. Very easy to The service manager Isaac Diaz was super helpful when I wanted to replace my summer tires with all-season tires, and some new wheels. Very easy to work with. My service writer Kyle Predmore was also very helpful in the process. They also helped me out with getting to and from the dealership as needed. Very good people. More
