I did not have an appointment and they were still able to get me taken care of in a very acceptable time frame. More

Service Department Stucks The service manager never return any of my calls and I had to take my concerns to the general manager for consideration. The service manager watch me come up in the rent to return the rental and get my car and still never acknowledge me or my concern. That's just poor leadership as a member of management. More
