Never disappointed when I go to Sutherlin Nissan Orlando! I was very disappointed at the lack of customer attention at this dealership. I have been a faithful customer of Sutherlin Nissan for over ten years, and I was not really happy with my most recent visit. Not at this dealership. I have been a faithful customer of Sutherlin Nissan for over ten years, and I was not really happy with my most recent visit. Not sure if it has anything to do with the economy, but the change is noticeable. I had a 2pm appointment for an oil change and ended up leaving at 3:30pm. I arrived at the establishment 15 minutes before 2pm, and was left waiting in my car for over 5 minutes with no apparent reason. Then had to wait for over an hour to get my car serviced. The advisor didn’t even have the courtesy to keep me up dated and informed about the delay. After so many years of being a loyal Nissan customer, I am now ready to move to somewhere else. More
