Worst customer service in the valley. Had vehicle for 2 weeks. Went to pick it up after they called me saying it was ready to be picked up and service was completed. Poor service. No pride in their product. Wanted to only do the minimum. And this rating tool sucks. Just spent an hour trying to let you all know what I thought an No pride in their product. This was very much like my three hour oil change. They said the vehicle was done an hour earlier but they had lost my paper work. will definetly look for another dealer. Not impressed at all. More

Don’t know what to call it other than incompetent. I’ve had my dodge ram 3500 into their shop three different times to fix the electric running boards. Each time they say it’s fixed only to pick it up I’ve had my dodge ram 3500 into their shop three different times to fix the electric running boards. Each time they say it’s fixed only to pick it up and have it not work. They said my heated steering wheel was fixed and it wasn’t. Went on for 30 seconds then shut off. I just had it in for a regular service and when i picked it up it had a low coolant light on the dash. Would love to take it somewhere else but trying to use the warranty. They never clean the car when they have it. They just leave it outside in the rain and dirt even though it’s spotless when I drop It off. More
