Purchasing a new Volvo car from SMYTHE was smooth and simple until the delivery time: the car was not ready as it should have been: the MDV sticker was not available, the tank was practically empty, batt simple until the delivery time: the car was not ready as it should have been: the MDV sticker was not available, the tank was practically empty, battery was 0 miles, and the floor mats were in the trunk. No one was really present to deliver the car. The sales manager apologized and filled the tank and offer anyway to help to correct the problem. More
