Bob is always quick to respond to any questions, calls or texts immediately. He also lays out the realities of what is available. Bob also explained what to expect in the leasing process and that helped make that go smoothly too. One I selected a vehicle I was able to take delivery in 3 days! I am thrilled with the new XC60 B5 and the new color: Thunder Grey - Blonde interior. Gorgeous and ride is super smooth. Alex Piriz was the delivery specialist. Alex was also great. He and the detail team delivered an impeccable suv! The blonde leather was spotless! Alex reviewed the features in a clear and concise manner - knowledgable and articulate. Larry, the manager, was the most polite, respectful and caring manager. Don showed the whole car to me and was very knowledgeable and helpful.
