I hate nothing more than when I go to a dealership and feel “pushed”, but at this specific dealership it was the exact opposite. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to trade my truck because I was having such a har feel “pushed”, but at this specific dealership it was the exact opposite. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to trade my truck because I was having such a hard time letting it go, had been here and dealing with Ron numerous times for few months and he kept telling me “whenever you’re ready, just let me know and I’ll be here.” Ron helped me design my Telluride with exactly what I wanted, which actually became basically a rare specific vehicle and hard to find. Long story short, I ended up finally saying yes let’s do this, they found my vehicle and had it within five days! Ron truly is the best, most respectful, sincere and all around great guy! I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. Throughout the process, everyone I had dealt with was phenomenal as well. Every person you walk by, acknowledges you and willing you assist you in any way. I will definitely be continuing my service there! More
