Ismael was my salesperson, and he was outstanding. He was honest, direct, and—most importantly—had the car ready and waiting exactly when he said he would. It was detailed, cleaned to perfection, and pulled up for me the moment I arrived. There was no "waiting around" or typical dealership games.
When it came time for the paperwork, Dana in finance was a total pro. She was incredibly thorough, walking me through every detail of the contract so I felt confident in what I was signing, yet she managed to be quick and efficient at the same time. She made the most stressful part of buying a car feel easy and transparent.
