I recently picked up a 2025 Porsche Cayenne at Porsche DTLA. This was my 2nd car from this dealership. I had a fantastic experience, start to finish. I was referred to Gerald Tan, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. The entire process was streamlined and no fuss. Gerald and his team truly went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP and that my business was valued. Carolina in finance was delightful and efficient. Jazmine was super knowledgeable and gave me an amazing orientation on the new vehicle to get me acquainted with all its features. I met GM, Victor who is a super nice guy and went out of his way to thank me for my business. This is a phenomenal organization top to bottom, consistent with the brand in general. The high moral is evident the moment you step into the showroom. I highly recommend Porsche DTLA and look forward to many more years or Porsche with DTLA as my go-to dealer. Thank you! More
