IVAN WAS AMAZING! I let him know I had a few concerns about find the right vehicle, I feel he went above and beyond to make sure it was the right fit! My one issuse was the time it took to get the process from credit approval to signing the final paperwork. I arrived at 930am not knowing the were open as i was just looking. HAPPY Surprise! But I didnt get into my new to me car until about 2:30pm to head home. My only "concern" though. I will highly recommend both Dick Scott and Ivan! More
