I started using an app to purchase a car because the process is grueling enough but it felt like scrolling through Netflix. Too much content to find anything worth watching. I found a car that ticked all my boxes and sent a message checking its availability. I immediately got a response from JD Graham at Emich who answered my questions. I wasn't able to get there for a test drive for three days. JD kept me posted each day about its availability and on the day I went in, he kept me posted each time someone came in to test it. He knew how much I wanted the car but knew they had a first come first serve policy. He offered options to secure it but knew I didn't want to risk losing the deposit if I ended up not liking it. It was an exciting if anxious day waiting to get off of work and race down there but I knew he would keep me posted which made it less anxious. When I arrived he had done all the paperwork and had his team ready to go. A very genuine guy who knows his stuff and each person I met there reminded me why it's better to work with people than apps. More

From Start to Finish, JD made this by far the easiest car purchase We've ever been part of. He processed our Financing and Trade Assessment over the phone, so when we showed up at the dealership, we did our purchase We've ever been part of. I found the car I was looking for it a different dealership in town and was extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service at this other Chevrolet dealership so I called up Emich Chevrolet w dealership in town and was extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service at this other Chevrolet dealership so I called up Emich Chevrolet who I had purchased the car from several years ago and told them I was looking at this specific Chevrolet in the LT trim level gray in color and what it was priced at and Emich Chevrolet came through and found the exact same vehicle for the same price as the other dealership. Sure enough I went in and the vehicle was exactly what I wanted nothing that I did not want. I was looking at another Honda or a Toyota but for the price I paid, the features of the car, warranty and the staff at the dealership I'm extremely happy with my 2020 Chevrolet. More
